摘 要:使用IGTC2-5印刷适性仪对6种不同定量的胶版纸进行打样,推导出了油墨转移方程。分别探讨了纸张的各项参数对油墨转移方程b,k,f′三个参数的影响,并用铜版纸、新闻纸进行了对比试验。结果表明:胶版纸的表面性状、吸收性等,对油墨转移方程的参数均有较大影响;胶版纸的最大油墨转移率高于铜版纸,低于新闻纸。Six offset papers with different basic weight were pulled on an IGTC 2-5 printability tester,and the ink transfer equation was derived.The influence of various parameters of paper on three parameters in ink transfer equation(including b,f′ and k) was respectively discussed.Contrast experiment was also conducted with coated paper and newsprint paper.The experimental results show that the surface properties and absorption of offset paper have relatively great influence on the parameters of ink transfer equation;In addition,the maximum ink transfer rate of offset paper is higher than that of coated paper and lower than that of newsprint paper.
