摘　　要：制备了可逆温致变色胶印油墨,并通过印刷适性仪等实验设备,改变印刷压力、叠印方式等参数,探讨了可逆温致变色油墨的印刷适性;利用分光光度计等设备测定了可逆温致变色油墨在胶版印刷方式下,Lab值、色差以及印刷油墨的防伪变色性能;最后通过实验得到了可逆温致变色油墨最佳制备方案,达到了最优印刷防伪性能。Reversible thermochromism offset printing ink was prepared,the parameters including printing pressure and trapping pattern were changed by experiment equipment,such as printability tester,etc.,and the printability of reversible thermochromism ink was discussed;by means of equipment including spectrophotometer,the Lab value and color difference of reversible thermochromism ink in the offset printing mode as well as the anti-counterfeiting color change performance of printing ink measured;the optimal preparation scheme for reversible thermochromism ink was finally obtained by experiment,so as to reach optimal security printing performance.
