摘  要:加强企业国有资产监督是促进企业国有资产保值增值,防止企业国有资产流失的关键手段和关键措施。对国有资产进行有效地监督和管理一直以来都是一个难题。本文研究在分布式的网络环境下,采用人工智能技术、数据挖掘技术和本体技术,建立国有企业智能监管系统,从各种数据中获取有效的信息和知识来支持国资委对国有企业的有效地、灵活地、动态地监管,提高监管的效率、准确性和灵敏性。Strengthening the supervision of state-owned assets in the state-owned enterprises (SOEs) is a key measure to preserve and increase the value of state-owned assets to prevent assets from drain.It has been a difficulty for efficient state-owned assets supervision and administration.In this paper,an intelligent supervising system for the SOEs is constructed under a distributed environment based on artificial intelligence technology,data mining technology and ontology technology.It can help SASAC (State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration of the State Council) supervise the SOEs effectively,flexibly and dynamically by obtaining effective information and knowledge from different data which can improve efficiency,accuracy and sensitivity of supervision.
