摘  要:分析了对冷轧机压上系统进行自适应非线性补偿的必要性,设计了保证控制系统精度的自适应非线性补偿方法。数字仿真和实际应用效果表明,经过自适应非线性补偿后,系统的最大超调量和静态误差远远小于未经补偿的系统,完全能够生产出满足客户需求的高端冷轧产品。The necessity of the adaptive nonlinear compensation applied on the screw- up - system of the cold rolling mill is analyzed and the suitable adaptive nonlinear compensation means for guaranteeing the precision of the controlling system is designed. The operating results based on the digital simulation process and actual application show that when the adaptive nonlinear compensation is applied onto the cold rolling mill the maximum values related to the overshoot and static error of the system are far below those of the system without applying the compensation and thus top cold rolled products meeting customers'requirements can be produced satisfactorily.
