论法治信用下的高校督导制度建设及施行

摘　　要：依法治校离不开校内优质高效的规章制度。其中,包括督教、督学、督管制度在内的督导制度至为重要。在法治信用视域下,高校的督导制度建设,应当强化法治观念,遵循法治原则。在督导制度建设和运行中,应着力突出制度建设的公信力、执行制度的公正性、遵守制度的自觉性。There is an inseparable relationship between managing the institutions of higher learning under the law and high grade and efficient regulations.The supervision system,including supervising learning,teaching and managing,is eapecially critical.In the perspective of the rule of law credit,the rechtsgefuehl should be enforced and the principle of the rule of law should be followed when constructing the supervision system in higher institutions.In the course of constructiong and implementing of the supervision system,the incredibility of rule construction.the impartiality of implementation,and the self-consciousness of following the regulations should be high-pointer and underlined.
