摘　　要：针对现代企业中组织能力构建和信息技术(IT)商业价值相契合的趋势,以能力观点为基础,提出IT商业价值生成过程诊断体系与方法。根据IT商业价值生成路径,从技术能力、流程能力、动态能力和企业竞争力4个层次构建了IT商业价值生成过程诊断指标体系。在此基础上,可拓方法被用来判断客观指标的状态,粗糙集被用来识别影响用户满意度的关键因素,并且给出一个算例来进行检验。算例表明,提出的诊断体系与方法能够识别IT商业价值生成过程中的薄弱环节和确定改进方向。IT商业价值生成过程诊断为企业信息化管理提供了新的框架和方法,有助于提高企业信息化绩效。In view of IT business value generation in modern enterprises consistent with organizational capabilities building,IT business value generation process diagnosis system and approach were proposed based on capability view.A diagnosis index system that covered IT capabilities,process capabilities,dynamic capabilities and competence was established.Extension approach was used to measure the status of each objective index in the diagnosis index system,and the rough set was used to identify the key factors that influenced user satisfaction.An example was then given to justify the proposed method.It is shown that diagnostic analysis of IT business value generation process can identify key weaknesses and improvement directions.IT business value generation process diagnosis will be an effective tool for enterprise informationization management that helps to improve the performance of enterprise informationization.
