摘　　要：描述了变电站集中监控智能告警专家处理系统在调度OPEN3000自动化系统中的应用,阐述了该系统运用专家系统、知识库、逻辑推理等原理和方法对监控中心监控的信息进行分层处理,提取故障信息,同时增加辅助故障判断及处理,运行人员按照告警信号重要等级来监控信号,并具备培训功能,进一步提高运行人员的工作效率和业务水平。This paper describes the application of centralized monitoring intelligent warning expert system to OPEN3000 dispatching automation system.This system uses some principles and methods,like expert system,knowledge base and logical reasoning etc.,to layer the information monitored by monitoring center,extracting fault information,and at the same time,increasing auxiliary performance for fault diagnosis and treatment,thus,operation personnel can monitor signal according to alarming signal level so that the working efficiency and operational level of staff can be further improved.
