摘　　要：对全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎胎面胶配方进行优化。结果表明,采用炭黑N234替代炭黑N115,并对胎面胶配方进行适当调整,胶料挤出温度降低,挤出速度提高,挤出性能明显改善,硫化胶生热降低,成品轮胎耐久性能和高速性能提高。The tread compound of all-steel radial LT tire was optimized.The results showed that,by using carbon black N234 instead of carbon black N115 and properly adjusting the tread compound formula,the extrusion temperature of the compound decreased,the extrusion speed increased,the extrudability improved significantly,the heat build-up of vulcanizate decreased,and the endurance and high speed performance of finished tire improved.
