广西3县贫困地区6～24月龄婴幼儿营养健康状况干预效果分析

摘　　要：【目的】探索改善广西贫困地区6-24月龄婴幼儿营养健康状况有效途径,为有针对性实施改善农村地区婴幼儿营养与健康状况措施提供科学依据。【方法】2009年随机选择广西国家级贫困县平果县、融水县、天等县开展6-24月龄婴幼儿营养健康状况调查。将平果县作为营养教育组、融水县为营养包补充剂组、天等县为营养教育＋营养包组,同时对6-24月龄婴幼儿进行营养干预。【结果】三组婴幼儿的生长迟缓率、低体重率、消瘦率、贫血患病率均分别较基线分别下降了49.0%、61.4%、81.6%、75.4%,其中营养教育＋营养包组改善效果较为显著。【结论】在贫困农村地区采取婴幼儿营养教育及实施营养包补充剂等干预措施,能有效改善儿童营养不良及健康状况。【Objective】 To improve health status and physical constitution of 6~24 months old infants in poverty-stricken areas in Guangxi and to provide scientific intervention measures for infants nutrition and health improvement. 【Methods】 6~24 months old infants in Pingguo,Rongshui,and Tiandeng county were selected after random sampling in Guangxi,2009.Pingguo county served as the nutrition education group,Rongshui county served as nutritional supplements group（YingYangBao）,and Tiandeng county served as nutrition education adding YingYangBao group.Besides,all objectis recerived nutrition interventions. 【Result】 The rates of stunting,underweight,wasting,and anemia decreased respectively by 49.0%,61.4%,81.6%,75.4% than the baseline level,especially the nutrition education adding YingYangBao group. 【Conclusions】 It can obviously improve infants＇ health status by means of applying nutrition education and combining with nutritional supplements in poverty-stricken area.
