摘　　要：对供应链合作中业务外包决策框架进行研究,认为企业的业务外包决策应理解为一个多步骤的分析、比较与评估过程,包括企业内部核心业务的识别、外部环境因素的分析、业务外包的成本/收益分析、外包商的评价选择等环节。The paper studies the decision framework of business outsourcing within supply chain cooperation, holding that the enterprise decisions on outsourcing should be understood as a multi - step process of analysis, comparisom and evaluation, including the identification of enterprise core business, analysis of external environmental factors, cost to returns analysis of busi- ness outsourcing, and evaluation and selection of outsourcing providers, etc.
