针刺对肾上腺切除大鼠哮喘模型肺功能影响的研究

摘　　要：本文以肾上腺切除（ＡＤＸ）哮喘模型和ＡＤＸ捆绑处理作为对照组，观察了针刺对ＡＤＸ大鼠哮喘模型肺功能（气道阻力和肺顺应性）的影响。结果表明针刺能明显降低肾上腺切除大鼠哮喘模型的气道阻力，增加其肺的顺应性。提示针刺治疗哮喘不主要依赖肾上腺皮质激素。The lung function of adrenalectomized (ADX ) rats with asthma was observed after acupuncture, the ADX rats and restrained ADX rats with asthma and without acupuncture were used as two control groups. The results showed that the airway resistance was obviously decreased and pulmonary compliance was significantly increased in the acupunctured group 88 compared with the two control groups without acupuncture. This suggested that the acupuncture treatment of asthma in ADX rats had no direct relation to adrenalcorticosteroid.
