石包城的历史、审美价值及旅游开发策略  

Historical and Esthetic Value of Shibaocheng Castle and Its Developing Strategies for Tourism

摘　　要：石包城位于肃北蒙古族自治县石包城乡境内,为唐宋时期的雍归镇。石包城遗址及其周边的人文古迹具有很高的历史价值和审美价值。应该组织专业人员对石包城遗址进行系统而全面的考古调查,召开学术会议,论证其历史价值及其对于西北史研究和敦煌学研究的意义;把石包城、石板墩、墩庄堡子的旅游开发同透明梦柯冰川、野马峰天池、肃北蒙古族民族风情旅游开发及石包城乡的住宿、餐饮、旅游基础设施建设作为一个整体,统一开发;要特别注意在旅游开发中保护好石包城和石板墩的整体空间场所,维护好两处遗址及其周边山岭、草甸和湿地的原生态形象。Shihaocheng castle, which was called Yonggui town in the historical period of Tang and Song Dynasties, is located in the territory of Subei Mongolian Autonomous County, Gansu province. Shibaocbeng castle enjoys a high historical and esthetic value. It is necessary to organize specialists to make a systematic archaeological survey on this relic site, to convene academic conferences, aiming at discussing the historical value of Shibaocheng castle and its significance in the northwest historical study and Dunhuang study. Tourist developing of Shibaocheng castle, Shibandun Tower, Dunzhuangpuzi castle should be combined with that of Mengke Glacier, Wild Horse Peak Lake, Mongolian ethnic tourism resources of Subei county. Meanwhile, during the process of development, we should pay special attention to the total space situation of Shibaocheng castle and Shihandun Tower, maintain the original looks of two relics and their surroundings.
