多焦点人工晶体的临床研究

摘　　要：目的多焦点人工晶体植入术后远期患者的视功能和生存质量。方法将100例(100眼)年龄相关性白内障患者随机分为两组,分别行白内障超声乳化摘除并植入多焦点人工晶体(多焦组)40眼和单焦点人工晶体(单焦组)60眼,观察术后裸眼远、近视力和最佳矫正远、近视力,并对术后1年生存质量进行评估。结果两组患者术后裸眼远视力、最佳矫正远视力和最佳矫正近视力差异无显著性(P>0.05),多焦组术后裸眼近视力、视功能量表和生存质量量表评分明显优于单焦组(P<0.05),术后1年和半年相比差异无显著性,术后1年两组视功能14项(VF-14)量表和生存质量量表评分比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论多焦点人工晶体能提供良好的远视力,但近视力更好,减少了近用眼镜的依赖,有效地提高白内障患者术后的视觉质量。Objective To evaluate visual quality and the quality of life in patients after the implantation of multifocal intraocular lens. Methods 100 patients （ 100 eyes） with age - related cataract were divided into two groups. Thirty cases （ 40 eyes） were performed with phacoemulsification and implanted with multifoeal intraocular lens （MIOL）, and the other 30 cases （60 eyes）were implanted with monofocal intraocular lens （SIOL）. The uncorrected, distance and near visions were examined after surgery in all patients, the quality of life was observed by questionnaire at 1 year. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups about the uncorrected, corrected distance and the corrected distance and near visions near visions（P 〉 0. 05）, while the postoperative near visual visions without corrected in the multifocal group was significantly better than that of in the monofocal group （ P 〈 0.051. Conclusion Multifocal intraocular lens may provide excellent distance and near visual acuity, and improved quality of life for patients after phacoemulsification .
