摘　　要：根据DCT和奇异值分解理论的原理、特点以及它们在数字水印领域中的应用优势,提出了一种新的基于DCT和奇异值分解的数字水印算法;实验结果表明:该算法不仅具有较好的透明性,而且对常见攻击如叠加噪声、JPEG压缩以及几何攻击等具有较好的鲁棒性。This paper proposed a new watermarking algorithm based on DCT（Discrete Cosine Transform） and SVD（Singular Value Decomposition） according to the principle,characteristic and the advantages of the application of DCT and SVD theory in watermarking field.Experimental results show that the new watermarking scheme has good transparency,and is robust against attacks such as added noise,JPEG compression and geometric distortion.
