摘　　要：主要采用博弈论的方法来分析企业间产品开发的博弈过程,比较了不同开发次序所带来的收益差别,并且论证了先开发者具有先动优势,并对如何提高企业的竞争力提供了建议。The game process of inter-enterprise product development is mainly analyzed by game theory in this paper,the different benefits in different development sequence are compared.Besides,that the first developers have a first mover advantage is demonstrated.Finally,some suggestions on how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises are offered.
