摘　　要："零口供"规则推出已有近十年的时间,目前这一规则已被众多地区司法、公安部门引用,该规则也在我国的法律界、新闻界引起了较大的震动,被评为"中国司法制度的一个历史性进步"。"零口供"规则的实行必将影响和推动我国刑事诉讼法的修改和完善,加快我国刑事证据立法的进程。作为司法战线一员,针对这个问题,笔者试谈几点自己的粗浅看法和认识。The＂Zero deposition＂rules have been available for nearly a decade,and now the rules have been referenced by many judicial and public security departments. The rules have also caused a large shock in the legal profession and the media and been evaluated as＂a historic progress in China＇s judicial system.＂The implementation of the rules will affect and promote the modification and improvement of China＇s Criminal Procedure Law,and speed up the process of criminal evidence legislation.As a member of the judicial front,the writer tried talking about some superficial views and understanding on this issue.
