负压引流在下颌骨囊肿手术中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨负压引流在下颌骨囊肿手术中的应用。方法对比研究64例下颌骨囊肿的病例,随机分为两组,术后分别采用负压引流和正压引流两种处理方式,记录并对比术后并发症发生情况。结果负压引流组术后并发症的发生率低于正压引流组,两组差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下颌骨囊肿摘除术后应用负压引流疗效优于正压引流,减少并发症,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the function of suction drainage in mandibular cystic lesions.Methods 64 cases of mandibular cystic lesions were enrolled into study and divided into two groups equally and randomly,the suction drainage group and the positive pressure drainage group.The complications after operation were recorded and compared.Results The complication rate of suction drainage group was lower than that of the positive pressure drainage group（P0.05）.Conclusion The function of suction drainage in mandibular cystic lesions is better than that of the positive pressure drainage.This method can reduce the complications.
