摘　　要：建立了一种新的城市出租车规划动态预测模型,利用支持向量机对小样本回归的优点、出租车拥有量增长率进行建模仿真。根据居民的出行总量、收入和生活消费情况,得到了未来若干年城市出租车拥有量最佳数量预测,为市政部门作出城市交通规划提供了重要预测手段和决策依据。This paper sets up a new dynamic programming to predict models about taxi programming,using the advantage of support vector machine for small sample,modeling and simulating the growth rate of taxi quantity.According to residents in the total trip,income and living expenses,the author gains the best prediction of the city taxi quantity for the next several years,and provides an important means of prediction and decision-making basis for the municipal department of urban transport programming.
