摘  要:为了解月季花的化学组成和生物活性开展本研究。干燥的月季花瓣用乙醇浸泡,减压浓缩后分别用乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,得到乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水三相。对三相粗提物清除DPPH·的能力进行测定,结果表明,月季花粗提物乙酸乙酯相有较强的清除DPPH·的能力,当样品质量浓度达到2.5μg/mL时,清除率达到89.71%。对乙酸乙酯相用硅胶柱层析,氯仿和甲醇梯度洗脱进一步分离得到5个分离片段,都具有不同程度的DPPH·清除能力,以片段5(V甲醇:V氯仿=1:10)及片段1(V甲醇:V氯仿=1:1)时的洗脱剂所得到的分离成分抗氧化性最强。Dried Chinese Rose petal is extracted with 95% ethanol. After removal of solvent, the ethanol extract is suspended in H2O and successively extracted with ethyl acetate and n-butanol, the DPPH "free radical scavenging activity of each separation part is investigated. The results show that the ethyl acetate part has strong DPPH" free radical scavenging activity, the scavenging effect is 89.71% at 2.5 μg/mL. The ethyl acetate part is further separated with conventional silica gel column chromatography, eluted with methanol-chloroform to yield 5 fractions, among them fraction 5 (eluted from chloroform : methanol 1 : 10) and fraction 1 (eluted from chloroform : methanol 1 : 1) show strong scavenging capability.
