摘　　要：基于高等职业院校研究粮食工程专业校企合作人才培养模式。通过制订人才培养目标,改进人才培养方案和建设双师型师资队伍等途径,加强校企合作,推进粮食工程专业校企合作人才培养模式的探索与创新。Based on higher vocational institute, school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivation model of grain enginerring is researched. By formulating talent cultivation target, improving talent cultivation plan and constructing double-quality teachers team, school-enterprise cooperation will be strengthened, then school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivation model of grain enginerring is explorated and innovated.
