摘　　要：目的］检测正常人１９４只眼的视网膜电图．［方法］用计算机自动测出视网膜电图ａ波和ｂ波的振幅和峰潜时．［结果］只有视网膜电图ｂ波振幅随年龄增长而逐渐下降，各年龄组间有非常显著性差异．ａ波振幅极不稳定，其９５％正常范围（±ｔｄｆＳＤ：１９４４μＶ）远超过其平均值（８６６μＶ），变异很大（１１３４％），不宜作为临床参考指标．ｂ波的振幅相对稳定，其９５％正常范围（±ｔｄｆＳＤ：１３８９μＶ）较其平均值（２９９２μＶ）小得多，变异也小，仅为２３５％．Abstract Objective To test 194 normal eye's electroretinograms.Method The computer was used to test the amplitude and of wave a and b on the electroretinograms.Result Only average value of amplitude wave b on the electroretinograms falls gradually with age while there is significant difference between different age groups.Amplitude of wave ais not very firm, 95% of its normal scope (±tdfSD:194 4μV) is far above its average value(86 6μV) there is a great difference (113 4%) among amplitudes wave a, they are not stitable for clinical reference index. The amplitude wave b is relative firm. 95% of its normal scope(± tdfSD:138 9μV) is much smaller than its average value(299.2μV). Coefficient of difference is only 23 5%.Conclusion The wave b can be considered as major index of observation.
