补虚化毒方联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨省名中医验方补虚化毒方联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法:选择经过病理组织学和/或细胞学检查确诊的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用GP或TP方案化疗;治疗组在相同化疗的基础上服用补虚化毒方(灵芝、薏苡仁、虎眼万年青等)。比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率(CR+PR)分别为40.0%、13.3%,疾病控制率(CR+PR+SD)分别为86.7%、66.7%。在临床证候、体力状况、CEA值变化、不良反应等方面,治疗组均优于对照组。Objective：Probing the clinical efficacy of Tonifying Deficiency and Resolving Toxin Prescription which from Jiangsu province famous physician combined with chemotherapy.Method：Choose NSCLC patients who were diagnosed by pathology and biopsy,randomly divided into treatment and control group,30 cases in each group.Control group was treated by GP or TP Chemotherapy regimen.Besides the same chemotherapy,treatment group was added by Tonifying Deficiency and Resolving Toxin Prescription（Including LucidGanoderma,Seed of Jobstears,Ornithogalum umbellatum）Comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Result：Total efficacy（CR＋PR）of two groups are respectively 40.0% and 13.3%.Control rate（CR＋PR＋SD）are 86.7% and 66.7%.In clinical syndrome,energy condition,value of CEA,side effect et al,those of treatment group are much better than those of Control group.
