柏子仁多糖含量测定及其改善睡眠作用研究

摘　　要：目的：测定不同产地柏子仁中多糖的含量,并研究柏子仁多糖改善睡眠的作用。方法：以葡萄糖为对照品,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定柏子仁多糖的含量,并按照国标法进行柏子仁多糖对小鼠改善睡眠功能实验。结果：不同产地柏子仁中多糖含量为：4.19%~7.01%,各剂量组与空白对照组比较均无显著性差异。结论：不同产地柏子仁多糖含量存在一定的差异,柏子仁多糖无明显改善睡眠活性。Objective：To determine polysaccharide of Semen Platycladi in different areas,and to study its sleep improvement effect.Methods：Glucose was used as the standard,using phenol-H2SO4 method to determine the polysaccharide of Semen Platycladi,and based on the method of GB to processing the sleep improvement function.Results：The polysaccharide contents of Semen Platycladi in different areas as follows：4.19%-7.01%,there was no significant difference between each dose group and the blank group.Conclusion：The polysaccharide contents of Semen Platycladi in different areas are some differences,and it had no significant sleep improvement effect.
