摘  要:偏头痛是一种遗传倾向的疾病,随着对偏头痛中遗传因素最明显的家族性偏瘫性偏头痛的研究进展,对偏头痛的基因研究成为热点,但由于生命现象的复杂性和多样性,蛋白组学在疾病中的研究中显示出更大优越性,且蛋白质组学是对整个机体全部蛋白质表达及其功能进行研究,与中医理论的整体观有趋同性,在中医药的研究中更有实际意义。偏头痛在中医学中称为"头风",表明"风"在偏头痛发病中的重要作用,偏头痛发病过程中机体发生的物质变化可视为"风"证的物质基础,因此,采用蛋白质组学技术,研究偏头痛"风"证相关的蛋白质组群,在整体蛋白质表达水平揭示"风"证的本质,对揭示偏头痛(头风)"风"证的本质有重要的作用。Migraine is a genetic predisposition disease,with the study of Familial hemiplegic migraine whose inherited genetic factors is conspicuous,genic research on migraine becoming hot spot,because life is complexity and diversity,proteomics in research disease shows a greater superiority,at the same time,Proteomics is studied on the expression and the function of the whole organic Protein,which is concordance with the entirety view of traditional Chinese medicine theory,therefore,Proteomics is more practical in the study of Chinese medicine.Migraine is called wind syndrome of head in traditional Chinese medicine,this show the significant role of wind in migraine onset.Esoteric material change may be regarded as the foundation of wind syndrome of migraine generating,therefore,applicate proteomics technique to study the wind syndrome related proteome group of migraine and to reveal the wind syndrome nature on expression of the whole protein,which is significant in reveal the essence of wind syndrome of migraine(head wind).
