摘 要:目的:优化花生壳总黄酮的提取工艺,考察花生壳总黄酮抗氧化活性。方法:采用L9(34)正交实验,考察浸提剂浓度、料液比、浸提时间和温度等影响因素;研究D-101大孔吸附树脂分离富集花生壳提取液中总黄酮;参照Fenton反应原理研究花生壳总黄酮的清除.OH作用。结果:花生壳总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:70%乙醇溶液为提取溶剂,采用料液比1:20(m:V),在80℃下浸提2h;D-101大孔吸附树脂能较好分离富集花生壳黄酮类物质;花生壳总黄酮对Fenton体系产生的.OH有较好的清除作用。结论:该研究为花生壳中有效成分的综合利用提供了实验基础。Objective:To study the extraction technology of total flavonoids from peanut hull and its antioxidizable activity.Methods:Concentration of extracting solution,solid-liquid ratio,temperature and time of extraction were investigated through orthogonal tests of L9(3^4).In addition,D101 macroporous resin was used to enrich flavonoids and its scavenging of hydroxyl radicals by Fenton was also studied in the paper.Results:The optimum conditions of extracting flavonoids from peanut hull were:ethanol concentration 70%,solid-liquid ratio 1:2(0m:V),extraction duration 2 h and refluxing temperature 80 ℃,respectively;D-101 macroporous adsorption resins can separate and purify flavonoids from peanut hull and flavanones from peanut hull had effects on scavenging of hydroxyl radicals.Conclusion:The study provides an experimental basis for the comprehensive utilization of active ingredient in peanut hull.
