二维及彩色多普勒超声对前列腺肉瘤诊断的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨二维和彩色多普勒超声对前列腺肉瘤的诊断价值。方法对５例前列腺肉瘤的超声声像图及其中１例的彩色多普勒超声结果进行分析和总结，并与病理结果相对照。结果本组前列腺肉瘤表现为前列腺明显增大，以低回声为主，中心部伴有不规则无回声区，或前列腺内有较大的肿块，以低回声为主，中心部有不规则的无回声区。彩色多普勒超声显示肿瘤边缘部血流丰富，Ｖｍａｘ＝２５．４ｃｍ／ｓ，ＲＩ＝０．６２。Objective\ To study the value of ultrasonography and CDFI in diagnosis of prostatic sarcoma. Methods\ The features of ultrasonography in 5 cases with prostatic sarcoma and CDFI in one of them were analyzed and compared with their gross pathology. Results\ [WT5”BZ]The sonographic features of these cases showed that the prostate were enlarged obviously in size and irregular in shape, mainly hypoechoic with irregular anechoic areas in the central, or there were large masses which were mainly with anechoic areas in the central. CDFI showed abundant flow signals in the edge, V max =25.4 cm/s, RI=0.62. Conclusions\ The preoperative diagnosis of prostatic sarcoma is possible when the ultrasonography combining with clinical characteristic.
