摘　　要：自主创新已经成为我国发展的一项重要战略,而科技信息是其基础性工作,在经济建设中发挥着越来越巨大的作用。国家及各省(自治区、直辖市)近年来以提高中小企业创新能力为目标,依托科技信息网络平台,加强各类科技中介机构的业务集成,搭建起一个面向中小企业创新的"组织网络化、功能社会化、服务产业化、手段现代化"的科技信息服务网,为我国各类企业自主创新提供了有力的技术支撑,对推动我国社会进步和经济建设作出了积极的贡献。To face the fact that the independent innovation has been a important strategy in China＇s economic development, the scientific and technical information will be as the basis of the independent innovation,and will play an increasingly significant role in the economic development.In recent years,nation and various provinces and cities aim to enhance the innovation capability of the small and medium-sized enterprises,and based on the scientific and technical information network, it has enhanced the business integration of all types of science and technology service agents and constructed the scientific and technical information network for the small and medium-sized enterprises innovation in which tends to be the networking of organizations,the socialization of functions,the industrialization of service and the modernization of means.The scientific and technical information network has provided a strong scientific and technological support to all types of enterprises＇ indepent innovaton,and made an important contribution to impove China＇s social progress and economical development.
