摘　　要：促进产业集聚发展是提升区域经济产业竞争力的必然选择。文章对产业集聚理论作了简要回顾,重点介绍了波特的钻石模型理论,并运用该模型对铜山县工程机械专用车辆产业这一样本,从要素禀赋、需求条件、政府作用等方面作了分析,给出了对策建议,以期对推进县域经济产业发展有所启示。Enhancing industrial cluster development is an inevitable choice to promote industrial competitiveness of regional economy.This paper gave a brief review of industrial cluster theories,emphasizing on Porter＇s diamond model theory.After analyzing the effects of such factors as production factor endowment,demand conditions and government roles to the industry of construction machinery and special vehicles in Tongshan County with diamond model,some countermeasures were suggested.
