摘　　要：目前,在大学生就业十分艰难的严峻形势下,开工作室、做兼职、打短工日益受到艺术类大学生的青睐,这其中既有现实客观需求,又有艺术类大学生就业观念超前因素。这种新的就业取向有助于构建和谐社会;保证文化产业的可持续发展;有助于艺术类大学生实现人生价值与梦想。但在现实中,他们又普遍存在主动适应力不强、生存有压力、心态存在偏差、社会保障缺失、社会文化认同低下等问题,为此,在就业能力培养方面,应加强综合素质、实践能力、职业能力的培养。At present,under the severe situation of hard undergraduate employment,running workroom,doing part-time work and working a temporary job find favor with undergraduate majoring in art,reasons are not only the realistic and objective requirement,but also the forward concept on employment of undergraduate majoring in art.This new employment trend is helpful to construct harmonious society,insure the sustainable development of culture industry,as well as realize the life value and dream of undergraduate majoring in art.However,in the reality,their active adaptability is not strong,they have press on the aspect of survival,their psychology exist warp,social insurance is absent,social culture recognition is low,therefore,on the aspects of cultivating employment ability should enhance the cultivation of comprehensive quality,practice ability and vocational ability.
