温州民营企业集群与技术创新模式研究

摘　　要：改革开放以来,温州民营企业依赖渐进型创新取得了竞争优势。但是,由于渐进型创新潜力的耗尽,以及重大创新与基础性创新的缺乏,温州急需从依赖渐进型创新转向突破型创新。本文在总结温州民营企业技术创新模式基础上,研究温州企业的渐进型创新与企业集群模式的相互强化,提出培育温州民营企业重大创新和自主创新能力的政策建议。Since the reform and opening-up, Wenzhou＇s private enterprises have gained the great competitive edge by incremental innovation. However, while the opportunity of incremental innovation has gradually been reducing, and Wenzhou＇s private enterprises are lack of independent innovation and substantial innovation, Wenzhou＇ s economy is confronted with the transition from incremental innovation to radical innovation. This paper concludes the innovation model of innovation in Wenzhou＇s private enterprises, and studys the relation of incremental innovation and the model of enterprises cluster, and finally offers the proposal of promoting the capability of independent innovation and substantial innovation of private manufacturing enterprises in Wenzhou.
