摘　　要：目的:探讨DNA修复酶O6-甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA甲基转移酶(MGMT)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其与肺癌发生、发展的关系。方法:免疫组化SABC法检测120例NSCLC及癌旁组织中和30例肺炎MGMT的表达。结果:120例NSCLC组织中,MGMT蛋白的阳性表达率(33%,40/120)显著低于癌旁正常组织(63%,76/120),χ2=21.624,P<0.05;亦显著低于30例肺炎症组织(60%,18/30),χ2=7.196,P<0.05;MGMT蛋白的阳性表达与患者吸烟史、分化程度和淋巴结转移相关,P<0.05。结论:MGMT蛋白的表达与NSCLC的发生、发展相关,监测MG-MT蛋白可能对肺癌的辅助诊断有一定意义。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the role of O6-methylguanine DNA methyltransferase （MGMT） in the occurrence and development of non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）.METHODS：The SABC immunhistochemical method was performed to detect the expression of MGMT in 120 surgically resected,paraffin examined non-small cell lung tissues and tissues adjacent to the tumors,and 30 surgically resected,paraffin examined infection lung tissues.RESULTS：The positive rate of MGMT in lung cancers （33%,40/120） was significantly lower （χ2=21.624,P〈0.05）than that of MGMT in normal tissues adiacent to the tumors（63%,76/120）,also significantly lower （χ^2=7.196,P〈0.05）than that of MGMT in the infection lung tissues（60%,18/30）.The positive rate of MGMT was correlated with smoking history,differentiation,and lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONS：The low expression of MGMT may participate in the occurrence and development of lung carcinoma.It may benefit for diagnosis of lung cancer to investigate MGMT protein.
