摘　　要：胰腺中存在的血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)可以通过不同途径对胰岛β细胞造成一定的损伤。而作为具有神经活性的阿片肽则可以通过调节细胞内钙离子的浓度等途径抑制AngⅡ的生物学效应。现主要对血管紧张素Ⅱ影响胰岛β细胞的结构和功能的过程以及阿片肽不同途径的调节和影响予以综述。Angiotensin Ⅱ in pancreas can cause many different pathological changes which may affect the constitution and function of islet beta cell.And opioid peptide could antagonize the biological effect of it.This article mainly to Angiotensin Ⅱ influence beta cell structure and function of the process and opioid peptides by different means of this process of regulation and influence.
