针刺治疗急性期周围性面瘫疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察局部针刺治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将确诊为急性周围性面瘫的患者546例,随机分为3组,局部针刺组(A组)、远端针刺组(B组)、不针刺组(C组)各182例,对3组患者治愈率及痊愈时间进行比较。结果:局部针刺组、远端针刺组治愈率高于不针刺组;局部针刺组痊愈时间优于急性期远端针刺组、不针刺组。结论:急性期周围性面瘫局部针刺可提高临床治愈率,缩短疗程。Objective： To observe the curative effect of local acupuncture treatment on peripheral facial paralysis in acute stage.Method： 546 cases with peripheral facial paralysis were divided into three groups randomly,which were group of local acupuncture in acute stage（group A）,group of distal end acupuncture（group B）,and group of non-acupuncture in acute stage（group C）.There were 182 cases in each group.The cure rates and the healing time in the three groups were compared each other.Result： The cure rates of group A and group B were better than that of group C,and the healing time of group A was better than that of group B and group C.Conclusion：Local acupuncture in acute stage can improve the clinical cure rate and shorten the course of treatment.
