耐热无壳弹药中粘结剂力学性能的进一步研究

摘  要:目的研究无壳弹粘结剂配方.方法对不同粘度PVB,PNP和增塑剂的无壳弹药进行压缩实验,测定它们的力学性能.从SEM观察冲击和压缩断裂面,分析粘合结构的破坏过程.结果根据压缩数据和SEM观察,初步确定耐热无壳弹中粘结剂配方和从微观解释压缩实验结果.结论粘结剂配方的合理性得到验证.Aim To study the prescription of binder for the caseless ammunition. Methods The mechanical property of caseless ammunition of different viscosity PVB PNP and plasiticizer has been tested by compression. Morphology of impact and compression fractured was used to analyze the process of destruction of binding structure. Results According to the result of compression and SEM watching, the composition of binder in caseless ammunition was preliminarily determined and the test result of compression was explained from micromorphology. Conclusion The rationality of binder prescription has been verified.
