摘　　要：美国诗人庞德在诗艺和诗学的持续嬗变中,从古罗马诗歌中汲取了许多营养。卡图卢斯的精英主义姿态激励他以诗歌革新来改变现代人类的精神状态;普洛佩提乌斯帮助他形成了足以刻绘复杂现实的新语言;贺拉斯的技法使得他获得了处理多元文化材料的诗歌手段;维吉尔在史诗领域的探索引导他发展出一种开放史诗。In the evolution of his poetic style,American poet Ezra Pound draws heavily from Roman poetry.Catullus＇ elitist stance inspires his ambition to enlighten modern humanity with poetic innovations;Propertius helps him find a new language commensurate with the complexity of the world he lives in;he learns from the perfect technician Horace the art to process materials from multiple cultures;and capitalizing on Virgil＇s explorations in epic,he develops a new concept of epic-in-progress.
