摘　　要：科技中介组织是中介组织的有机构成部分,是技术产品有效供给和消费的最有效渠道,其在我国的发展运行尚处于初级阶段,相关的理论研究也欠缺系统性和理论性。提出了创新系统中科技中介组织的角色定位问题,构建了创新系统中科技中介组织角色模型,揭示了科技中介组织的角色层面,即创新系统中科技中介组织的作用位势角色、市场角色、主体角色。在这一过程中,为了清晰地判别科技中介组织的作用角色差异,构建了主要类型科技中介组织在生产力转化、企业培育、参与技术市场化程度等多维度的空间作用位势模型。此外,对我国科技中介组织目前的角色现状和现实进行了剖析,针对我国科技中介组织缺位等问题,提出了完善利益分配机制等相关对策。Science and technology intermediary organization is an organic component of intermediary organizations,which plays as a most effective channel for the effective supply of technology products and consumption.Its operation is still in the initial stage.And relative research is still in lack of systematicness and theoreticaness.This paper brings forward the issue on positioning the role of science and technology intermediary organizations in the innovation system.In order to carry out in-depth discussions of this issue systematically and comprehensively,the paper builds a space model to reveal the role aspects of science and technology intermediary organizations in the innovation system,namely the market role of science and technology intermediary organizations in the innovation system,the main body role and the space potential role.In this process,in order to analyze the difference in roles,the paper also builds a multi-dimensional space potential model for the main types of science and technology intermediary organizations in the three dimensions of the productive forces,corporate training,and the degree of participation in technology marketization.In addition,this article also analyzes the current situation and realities of the role of China＇s science and technology intermediary organization and puts forward several approaches to solve the problem of absence of the science and technology intermediary organizations,such as perfecting profit realizing mechanism and so on.
