摘　　要：国有企业正经历从行政型到经济型的公司治理转型,呈现为渐进性、双重性、间断均衡性及路径依赖性。在现代企业制度渐进过渡的基础上,归纳了国企治理转型路径一方面体现为治理主体与治理边界的变迁,另一方面为从传统的行政型治理到内部人控制进而到经济型治理机制建设的层次性演进,最后构建了治理转型的双重量化体系。The state-owned firms are experiencing the governance transition from administration governance to economic governance.This process presents the characteristics of gradualness,double-model,punctuated equilibrium and path dependence.Based on the gradual transition of Modern Enterprise System,we generalize the transition path including the transition of governing subject and governing boundary,and including three stages from traditional administration governance to insider control to mechanism constructing of economic governance.Finally,we construct the double-quantitative system of governance transition.
