摘　　要：目的探讨新疆哈萨克族食管癌组织中凋亡蛋白因子c-IAP2 mRNA的表达及其临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR方法检测30例哈萨克族食管癌患者中c-IAP2 mRNA的表达。结果 30例哈萨克族食管癌患者癌组织与正常组织(手术切缘无癌组织)中c-IAP2 mRNA表达阳性率分别为93.33%(28/30)与70.0%(21/30)。半定量光密度扫描后c-IAP2 mRNA表达量在哈萨克族食管鳞癌患者癌组织及正常组织中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但c-IAP2的表达与分化程度、病理分期及有无淋巴结转移均无相关性。结论 c-IAP2 mRNA在哈萨克族食管癌患者癌组织中的表达高于正常组织,表明c-IAP2通过抑制细胞凋亡,可能促进了哈萨克族食管癌的发生。Objective To study the expression and clinicl signficence of c-IAP2 mRNA in esophageal cancer in Xinjiang Hazak.Methods RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA of c-IAP2 in 30 cases of the esophageal cancer.Results The positive rate of c-IAP2 mRNA expression in 30 cases of the esophageal cancer tissues,normal tissues were 93.33%（28/30） and 70.0%（21/30）.The expression of c-IAP2 was significantly increased in cancer tissues compared to the normal ones（P0.05）.While the expression level of c-IAP2 mRNA was not significantly related to the degree of differentiation,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion c-IAP2 mRNA expression in esophageal cancer tissues higher than normal tissues,it provides valuable information for the prognosis of esophageal cancer.
