高校教务管理工作思考

摘　　要：高校教务管理人员,必须具备良好的政治素质、思想素质、业务素质和心理素质;树立服务意识、管理意识、责任意识;要有较强的组织筹划能力、综合协调能力和工作创新能力;科学管理能力和正确的决策能力,不断更新和创新管理思路,丰富和完善并适合本学院特点的办学理念。Staff of teaching management at colleges are required to possess good political,ideological,professional and psychological quality;have full awareness of service,management and responsibil-ity;and have good ability of organization,coordination and creation.They are also needed to update management ideas continuously to make school-running concepts suitable for college development.
