知识资本的度量与西部工业知识资本评价

摘　　要：分析了知识资本的构成与度量，把工业知识资本划分为人力资本和技术资本两部分，并对这两种资本的度量进行了研究。文中主成分分析法对西部工业知识资本利用效果的评价表明，西部地区人力资本和技术资本呈现出严重的不对称，这是其知识资本难以在推动经济增长中有所表现的原因。最后，本文对症结所在提出了相应的解决措施。This Paper analyses the components of measurement of knowledge capital, and classifies industrial knowledge capital into human capital and technology capital of two groups as well as studies the measurement of capitals of two kinds. The principal component analysis method is adopted to analyse the use efficiency of industrial knowledge capital in the west regions. The results indicate that human capital and technology capital appear to have serious asymmetry in the west regions, which is the main reason for knowledge capital difficult to show its role in boosting the growth in economy. Eventually, the paper advances the corresponding measures to solve this problem where the key link lies.
