摘　　要：教练员是决定我国单板滑雪U型场地项目人才培养成败的关键性因素。以心理学的视角探讨教练员执教的艺术,认为在目标设置时应注重运动员的个体差异性、设置能自我超越的目标、各种目标的结合、强调重视表现目标而非结果目标;在训练执教过程中应强调批评的艺术,努力创建学习性的外部环境,做一名智慧、民主、以队员为中心的现代教练员。The coach is a key factor to determine the success or failure of developing Chinese half-pipe snowboarding.The article discusses the coaches＇ teaching art with the psychological knowledge and thinks that it should be to pay attention to the individual difference when setting the target,to set a target of being able to surmount self,to have a combination of different targets,to set store by the performance target but resultant target,to think much of the critical art in teaching process,to have a hard work in constructing the learning surroundings and to become a modern coach with wisdom and democracy in the circumference of snowboarders.
