对话教学在高校速滑课教学中的实施

摘　　要：在高校冬季教学中如何突破传统的速滑体育课程教学模式，已经成为制约高校体育教学改革的瓶颈性问题。在高校速滑课教学中，采用对话教学的模式创建平等的教学关系，营造和谐性的教学氛围，积极反思教学过程，使每一个学生在速滑课教学中都能得到独特而又健康的发展；总结出师生间的对话、教师间的对话、学生问的对话和自我对话等方法与手段，为普通高校速滑课教学改革提供参考。How to break through the traditional teaching mode of speed skating in winter teaching is a bottleneck of restricting the teaching reform of physical education in universitie. In the teaching of speed skating, for every undergraduate getting individual and healthy development with active self-examination, the article suggests applying the dialogic teaching mode to establish an equitable relation and harmonious teaching atmosphere. As a reference for teaching reform of speed skating in universities, it has a summarization on some means of dialogic teaching such as the dialogue among the teachers and the students, among the teachers, among the students and self dialogue.
