摘　　要：在互联网时代,网络成为民众表达各种意见、态度以及诉求的平台和载体,网络舆情成为影响社会生活的重要因素。网络涉警舆情,对促进公安机关信息化、规范化建设和构建和谐警民关系发挥着重要作用,但网络涉警舆情传播的迅速广泛性、影响的强烈长久性和主体倾向性等特性也会给公安机关的工作带来许多负面影响。如何积极利用其正面影响、合理引导负面影响是公安机关需要思考和解决的重要现实问题。In the Internet era,Internet has become the platform and carriers that the public express views,attitudes and aspirations.Internet public opinion has been the important factor of affecting social life.Internet public opinions on police play an important role in information promotion,standardized construction and harmonious relation between the people and police organs.However,the features of public opinions such as rapid and extensive spreading,intense and long-term influence and subjective orientation will also bring a lot of negative effects to public organs.It is practical for police organs to think and solve how to make active use of its positive impact and guide negative effects reasonably.
