索绪尔和巴特在符号学与语言学关系上的矛盾

摘　　要：针对以索绪尔为代表,认为语言学是符号学的组成部分的"符号学之语言学"观和以巴特为代表,认为符号学是语言学的组成部分的"语言学之符号学"观之间的矛盾,通过对这两种观点各自的学术背景和不同的意义指归等学理透视,解释矛盾的成因,挖掘"语言"的两种不同的含义,以期能厘清学界这一难题,正确对待它们之间的关系。Facing the contradiction of ＂semiotic linguistics＂ represented by Saussure to ＂linguistic semiotics＂ represented by Barthes,this paper academically explores their respective academic backgrounds and different signifiers of ＂language＂,and points out people should be aware of different levels of ＂language＂ employed by Saussure and Barthes,and treat their contradiction properly in order to solve this academic difficulty.
