摘　　要：利用度量交换群的某种离散特征,讨论了其上开球的性质,并结合度量的下正则性给出了其子集骨架的一个存在性条件。A discrete character of metric Abelian group is introduced and the properties of open balls in the group are discussed. The lower regularity of the metric is considered. Finally, we have obtained an existence the- orem about the skeleton.
