摘 要:开发了一种高强韧性高淬透性贝氏体型非调质钢;对该钢的显微组织、力学性能和连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线进行了研究,并与42CrMo钢进行了强韧性比较。结果表明:试验钢在锻后空冷和砂冷后都得到贝氏体组织,强韧性接近;该钢具有良好的淬透性及较宽的贝氏体转变区,在低于0.05℃·s^(-1)的冷却速率下才有少量铁素体析出;在350℃回火2 h后,其力学性能超过了传统调质钢42CrMo的水平。A non-quenched and tempered bainitic steel with high strength-toughness and hardenability had been developed. The microstructure, mechanical properties and continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curves of the steel were studied, and its strength-toughness was compared with that of the 42CrMo steel. The results show that both the tested steels microstructure cooled at air and sand after forging was bainite and the strength-toughness was similar. The steel had good hardenalility and broad bainitic transformation. The ferrite did not appear as the cooling rate was lower than 0. 05℃·s^-1. The mechanical properties of the bainitic steel were better than those of traditional quenched and tempered steel 42CrMo after tempered at 350℃ for 2 h.
