光学相干断层扫描成像术在眼底病变临床检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的应用光学相干断层扫描成像术(OCT)检测眼底病黄斑部病变。方法用OCT对2840例不同病种的眼病患者进行黄斑部水平径线、垂直径线和不同角度的线性扫描,扫描过程中做好患者配合工作的指导。结果患者配合,取得预期效果和准确的OCT结果。图像清晰,对临床诊治提供指导性意义。结论根据不同病种给予不同操作方法是临床检查眼底病变患者获取准确眼底病变结果的基础。Objective To detect the maculopathy with optical coherence tomography（OCT）in the patients with ocular fundus diseases.Methods The linear scan form diameter scan lines,vertical diameter scan lines and different angles were implemented in 2 840 patients with different eye diseases with OCT,and the patients were guided to cooperate in the process of scanning.Results The expected results and accurate OCT results were attained,and the images were clear and had directive meaning for clinical treatment.Conclusion It is the foundation to gain the auurate resutts for the patients with ocular fundas diseases that to carry out different operation to different patients according to the disease.
