摘 要:目的研究脑出血(ICH)大鼠小肠黏膜形态学的变化及应用重组人生长激素(rhGH)治疗对其形态学的影响。方法 56只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(8只)、生理盐水对照组(24只)、治疗组[24只,给予rhGH1U/(kg·d)],其中生理盐水对照组与治疗组再分为术后1d组、7d组、14d组(每组8只)。采用自体血注射法制作大鼠ICH模型。观察各组大鼠小肠黏膜形态学的变化并对其参数进行比较。结果正常对照组大鼠小肠肠壁及黏膜厚,肠绒毛粗大、高且密集,肠腺深而密集。ICH后1d、7d时,治疗组与生理盐水对照组相比较,小肠绒毛高度、黏膜厚度差异无统计学意义,至14d时差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。ICH后1d、7d、14d时治疗组小肠绒毛面积与生理盐水对照组比较,差异随治疗进程的延长而进行性增加(P<0.05~0.01)。ICH后1d,治疗组肠腺密度较生理盐水对照组显著增加(P<0.01),7d时增加不显著,14d时稍有降低。ICH后1d、7d,治疗组肠腺深度较生理盐水对照组显著增加(均P<0.01),但14d时差异无统计学意义。结论 ICH可以引起小肠黏膜的损害;生长激素在ICH的后期可减轻小肠黏膜的损伤。Objective To investigate the morphological change of small intestine mucosa in rats with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) and the influence of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) on its morphology.Methods 56 SD rats were randomly assigned into normal control group (n=8),normal saline control group (n=24) and treatment group [n=24,with rhGH 1 U/(kg·d)],of which normal saline control group and treatment group were subdivided into 1 d,7 d and 14 d after ICH group respectively (n=8).The ICH rat models were established by injecting autoblood.The morphological change of small intestine mucosa were observed in each group,and the parameters were compared.Results The small intestinal wall and mucosa were thick in normal control group,the intestinal villi were large,high and intensive,and the intestinal glands were deep and collective.At 1 d and 7 d after ICH,there were no significant difference in the small intestinal villus height and mucosal thickness between treatment group and normal saline control group.But there were significant differences in those at 14 d after ICH (all P〈0.01).At 1 d,7 d,and 14 d after ICH,compared with normal saline control group,the small intestinal villus area in treatment group increased progressively along with the progression of treatment (P〈0.05-0.01).At 1 d after ICH,the intestinal gland density was significantly increased in the treatment group compared to the normal saline control group (P〈0.01).It was no significantly increased at 7 d,slightly decreased at 14 d after ICH.At 1 d and 7 d after ICH,compared with the normal saline control group,the intestinal gland depth were significantly increased in the treatment group (all P〈0.01),but there was no significant difference at 14 d.Conclusion ICH may injure the small intestinal mucosa and growth hormone can reduce the injury when used in the late stage of ICH.
