摘  要:归纳总结了最近几年运用激光辐照和激光微束外源基因导入技术诱变植物组织,引起植物生物性状发生改变的实验进展。大量实验表明,这两种激光技术都能改变植物遗传特征,在生长过程引起各种活性酶的变化,能使植物性状朝着人们需要的方向发展。同时,分析了目前运用激光诱变植物组织实验研究存在方法简单,过程粗放等不足,并对有待解决的问题进行讨论。The experimental progress of the laser irradiation and the laser beam gene transformation by introducing exogenous technologies are used in induced mutagenesis plant organization in recent several years,made the plant biology character have the change is summarized in this article.The massive experiments indicated that,these two kind of laser technology all can change the plant hereditary feature,causes various organized enzyme change in the growth process,make the plant character to face the direction which the people need to develop.At the same time,this article analyzes at present to utilize the laser mutagenesis plant organization experimental study existence method to be simple,process extensive and so on insufficiencies,and carried on the discussion to the pending solution question.
