摘　　要：结合Flash多媒体技术和录像技术制作了原子吸收测定自来水中的钙和镁实验的多媒体课件.采用Flash8.0动画模拟仪器的内部构造及其工作原理,使其生动形象,有助于学生理解.对实验操作过程进行实际录像,在模拟的基础上保证了操作的真实性和直观性.该课件在实验教学和学生实验预习中取得较好的效果.Combining Flash technology with video technology,the experimental multimedia courseware of determining of calcium and magnesium in tap water using Atomic Absorption Spectroscope was made.The interior of instruments and their working principle was simulated by flash8.0.The simulation is vivid,which can help students to understand the experiment.The manipulation of instruments was made video.On the basis of simulation,experimental video guarantee the authenticity and intuitive operation.The application of the courseware will be achieved good result in experiment teaching and students' experiment preview.
